What we collect
If you fill in the estimate form we collect the name, telephone number, email address, town, project type and description you give us. If you call us we keep the same information in our own records. We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card details or any government identification number through this website.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your inquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare an estimate and carry out work you ask us to do. Where work proceeds, we keep project records — including photographs of your property taken during the job — for warranty and insurance purposes.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
- We do not pass your inquiry to lead-generation networks or other contractors.
- We do not add you to a marketing mailing list because you asked for an estimate.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need it to do the work: our own staff, and where relevant a supplier preparing a quotation, a subcontracted specialist trade on your project, or your insurer where you have asked us to support a claim. Everyone in that list gets the minimum needed to do their part.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to work are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted. Records for completed projects are retained for as long as warranty, insurance and tax obligations require.
Photographs of your property
We photograph work in progress as a matter of routine, because that record protects both of us. Photographs of your house will not be used on this website, in advertising or on social media without your permission, and where permission is given we do not publish the address.
Cookies and analytics
This site is built as plain static pages and does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added in future, this section will be updated to say what is measured and how to opt out.
Your choices
